How It Works
During the critical start up period of your business (typically the first 12-24 months) you meet (via Zoom) with your Velocity Advisor on a monthly basis. Our meetings are fast paced and structured around a Scoreboard that contains Milestones (financial objectives), Key Activities, operating performance and revenue results of your business. Meetings last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Little to No Prep Time
No more running reports and trying to build spreadsheets! We use Live Plan, an on-line business planning and management software by Palo Alto (it's the same software we use to prepare your business plan). If you use QuickBooks and Xero financial software, data will integrate into Live Plan (automatically) and will produce a great package of easy to understand reports (see example below) that we use for the meetings. Set Up is Quick and Easy!
